Payment must be tendered at the time of event registration.
Cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund. As a courtesy, please notify the coordinator immediately, so that we can notify those on the wait-list. MTG's no-show policy for tennis events will apply to this event.
Wait-list registration is available once the event is full. If you want to play and the event is full, it is highly recommended to add yourself to the wait-list.

Catch up with all your tennis pals amid a fun evening of socializing and playing two hours of tennis at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center – home of the US Open!
All players will play a 1-hour match, take a 1-hour hangout break (where dinner is provided), then play a second 1-hour match. If you have a tennis partner, let us know so we put you together. If you don't have one, no worries; we'll pair you with someone around your same level.
All players will be split into 2 groups (Session 1 or Session 2): Players will be randomly selected for each group in terms of start time. An email will be sent the night before the event with your group assignment. Unfortunately, due to the volume of players, we're unable to accept session requests.

Directions by Subway: The best way to get there is using the F train or the Roosevelt Tram (60th and 2nd Ave). Please check the F schedule day of as there are often changes in train schedules or delays, especially on weekends.

Doubles Round Robin at a new location: Stadium Tennis Bubble! (also known as Mill Pond Park)
Calling all advanced players (4.0+) for a fun and friendly Doubles Round Robin. No partner required, we will match you based on level!
All players will play two one-hour doubles games, back-to-back, with rotating partners and opponents.
Optional social at G-bar, down the street, directly after!

MTG is excited to offer a volunteering opportunity in collaboration with God's Love We Deliver on Sunday, Feb. 15 from 1:30pm-4:30pm!
We have 15 spaces reserved - first come, first serve!

General information:
SECURITY PROTOCOL: Volunteers will now be required to present a valid photo ID each time upon entering any of our buildings. The ID must be a physical copy with a photo of the individual, no phone photos of the ID will be permitted. Volunteers will be provided with an identification label at check-in, which must be worn at all times while on premises
DRESS CODE: Clothing must completely cover shoulders, armpits, knees, and toes. Long sleeves must be pushed above your elbows while working with food. All hair must be fully covered in the kitchen and we provide hair nets. Hats may be worn providing all hair is covered, including ponytails and bangs. Please remove bracelets, watches, chunky rings, dangly earrings etc.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled shift time to get settled, put belongings away, etc so we can begin orientation on time.
ACCOMODATIONS: We have a volunteer lounge with lockers where volunteers set their own combination and can lock away any personal belongings while volunteering. We provide complimentary coffee and tea and sometimes snacks, we also have a vending machine with snacks for purchase.
