DOUBLE PAIRINGS: 

We will do our best to pair you according to your playing level.  If you have a doubles partner that you wish to play with please, let the event coordinator know in advance.

If you DO NOT have a partner, we will partner you with someone of your playing level, so please make sure that you have your level listed. 

Please be aware that while we are happy to pair you with a requested doubles partner, we will not be able to pair you with specific groups. (**This is a ROUND ROBIN DOUBLES EVENT.)

Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy.  No refunds will be given after 48 hours.
