ANNOUNCES ITS FIRST 4.5 PARTY FOR 2013
We miss seeing our advanced level tennis players at our MTG events. We want you back. To the end, we have created this playing event specifically for players like you.
Zachary Crump will be spearheading this event. Zachary is an MTG member who has been playing tennis for 20 years. He has played college level tennis and also has been involved with other LGBT Tennis groups around the country. We hope this 4.5 party will be the first of many to come.
We welcome your feedback on how to improved these events and how to create other MTG events that you will attend and enjoy.
SO LET'S GET BACK ON THE COURTS!
Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 8:30pm - 10:30pm at Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club.
From 8:30pm - 9:30pm you'll play against one doubles team and then 9:30pm - 10:30pm with another opponent.
MTG will provide tennis balls.

LOCATION: Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club, 450 West 43rd Street (off Ninth Avenue), NY, NY 10036, (212) 563-7001
All members will meet in the LOBBY at 8:15PM (SHARP). Please arrive promptly so that the court assignments can be distributed and orientation to the facility can be provided to all attendees. The sooner we go through the formalities, the sooner we get on the courts!
FOOD/BEVERAGE:
No food or drink will be provided by MTG for this event. There is fresh/cold water on each court. Feel free to bring your own drinks but PLEASE be careful on the courts. Please clean up diligently after yourselves, both on and off the courts. We are fortunate to play in this tennis complex and we want to maintain a good working relationship so we can continue to have future parties of this caliber. To that end, please throw away the tennis cans and balls at the end of the evening and place all waste in the proper bins. Let’s help preserve the environment and the club.
LOCKERS:
There are full locker room facilities available (including showers) with limited availability to lockers.
CANCELLATIONS:
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy for our events. Please note that we will be unable to provide any refunds with less than 72 hours prior to our events. If you are unable to attend but can find a replacement, please notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
